The TRIGGER shop is built around the idea of simple, honest coffee — sourced with care, roasted with intention, and made to fit naturally into your daily rhythm.

Every bag starts with good green coffee. We work with importers and farms we trust, focusing on traceability and quality at origin. From there, it's about roasting with restraint — bringing out what's already in the bean without overcomplicating it. The result is coffee that's balanced, clear, and consistent whether you're pulling a morning espresso or brewing a slow filter at your desk.

You'll find a range of roasts here: espresso blends built for stability and sweetness, filter and pour-over coffees that reward attention, and single origin lots that give you something distinct to explore. Alongside our core lineup, we regularly release limited micro-lots — small quantities from single farms or experimental processes, available while they last.

Coffee at TRIGGER has always existed alongside skate culture, not by accident. Both are about doing things properly, with the right people, outside of the mainstream. That's reflected in our collaborations — occasional drops that connect the worlds of coffee, design, and street culture in ways that feel natural rather than forced.

Everything is roasted in small batches in Warsaw, packed fresh, and shipped across Poland. No fillers, no noise — just coffee we'd drink ourselves.
