A package of fresh coffee shipped monthly (for example, if you sign up for a subscription on March 20, you’ll receive your next package on April 20)
No – that’s the point! We curate the selection for you. It’s a way to discover new coffees and avoid drinking the same thing over and over again.
The subscription works separately from other orders. If you’d like to add something extra to your subscription shipment – drop us a message and we’ll try to make it happen.
You can choose from three payment methods: Google Pay, Apple Pay, or a credit card, which will be charged automatically each month. Payments are handled securely by Stripe. You can pause, cancel, change your plan or payment method at any time in user account.
Shipping – All subscription orders are shipped on the same day of the month as the month in which the subscription was purchased (for example, if you purchase it on March 20, the next payment and shipment will be made on April 20)
Changes – Any changes (suspension, cancellation, or plan change) must also be made before the subscription renewal date
Renewal – Have you already used up everything, but still have a few days left before your next package arrives? You can renew your subscription at any time, but keep in mind that this does not exempt you from paying the fee on the day your subs
