Decaf has a reputation problem. Years of bad processing and worse roasting left people expecting something flat, hollow, and vaguely chemical. That's not what we're working with here.
At TRIGGER, decaffeinated coffee goes through the same sourcing and roasting process as everything else in the lineup. That means starting with green coffee that's actually good — beans with enough natural sweetness and structure to survive the decaffeination process and still taste like something worth drinking. Because the process does strip some of what's there, the starting material matters more, not less.
We focus on decaf lots processed using water-based or CO₂ methods — approaches that remove caffeine without leaving chemical residue or killing the flavor. What stays in the cup is familiar and clean: chocolate, nuts, a hint of dried fruit, and a smoothness that makes it easy to drink at any hour. No bitterness, no flatness, nothing that reminds you of what's missing.
Our decaf range works across brewing methods — espresso, filter, pour-over, or French press — so you're not limited to one way of making it. Pull it as a shot in the evening, brew a slow V60 after dinner, or make it your default for a second cup when the first one was enough. It fits wherever you want it to.
Everything is roasted in small batches in Warsaw with the same care and consistency as our caffeinated coffees. Because if the coffee is good, the absence of caffeine is the only quiet thing about it.
Same ritual. Just a little slower.
