Banger Brew Rose Doughnut is a blend of coffees from Indonesia and Colombia, combining wet hulled processing and co-fermentation with rose water, roasted for filter.

Floral, sweet and a little unexpected – exactly what Banger Brew is supposed to be. The Indonesian base delivers sweetness and the full body characteristic of wet hulled coffees, while the Colombian co-ferment with rose water does exactly what it sounds like: turns your batch brew into a liquid rose doughnut. Yes, really.

Clean, smooth and dangerously drinkable in large quantities. Works best in batch brew, where the jammy, floral character has room to stretch out without any unwanted sharpness.

Banger Brew is our everyday coffee line – clear character, friendlier price point. Roasted in Warsaw for consistency and repeatability in batch brew. This one smells like a little bakery.

Banger Brew Rose Doughnut is the kind of coffee that makes people stop and ask "wait, what is this?!"

The co-fermentation with rose water is noticeable but still subtle – floral without being perfumed, sweet without going overboard. The Indonesian wet hulled base adds fuller body and keeps the blend effortlessly drinkable.

A batch brew with personality. Still nonchalant about it though.

Best in batch brew – medium grind, water around 90-92°C. You'll get the sweetness while keeping the floral character clean. Set it up, don't overthink it and enjoy a cup that actually matches its description.

In v60 or chemex it gets a bit livelier and the rose note becomes more defined. Slightly coarser grind, same temperature range.

No need to rush it while it's hot – as it cools the sweetness develops and the whole thing starts feeling more like dessert than coffee. Which for a doughnut blend makes complete sense. Best enjoyed alongside something freshly baked.
