Some coffees are simply good and easy to enjoy. San Jose del Lago is exactly that kind of Guatemala – clean, sweet and with a warmth that makes every cup feel settled and satisfying. It brings crisp apple and forest fruit character while staying balanced and very drinkable.

This lot comes from Finca San Jose del Lago in the Atitlan region of Guatemala, grown at 1,565–2,100 meters above sea level overlooking Lake Atitlan and three majestic volcanoes. The farm covers 200 hectares, of which 45 are under coffee cultivation – the rest is a natural conservation area. The Cabrera family has been connected to this land since the early 1900s, with coffee planting beginning in the 1940s. Eduardo Cabrera, the current owner, invested in building his own wet mill on the farm premises, which allowed him to take full control of processing quality. The coffee is fully washed and dried with care, resulting in the clean, structured cup profile that Atitlan is known for.
