Filter coffee is where coffee gets to speak for itself. No pressure, no milk to hide behind — just water, ground coffee, and whatever the bean has to say. At TRIGGER, that's exactly the point.

We roast our filter coffees lighter and with more precision than espresso, because the brewing method rewards it. A well-developed filter roast gives you natural sweetness, clarity, and depth — the kind of cup where you can actually taste where the coffee came from. Citrus brightness, red fruit, gentle florals, soft chocolate — notes that don't need explaining once they're in the cup.

Our filter range covers both single-origin lots and blends built for filter brewing. Single origins are where the interesting stuff happens: a washed Ethiopian with jasmine and peach, a Colombian that opens up as it cools, a natural process lot with berry density and a long finish. The blends are designed for everyday reliability — consistently sweet, consistently smooth, whether you're running a batch brew at the office or taking your time with a pour-over on a slow morning.

The range works across all filter methods: drip, V60, Chemex, AeroPress, cold brew — any setup where you control the water. Each coffee is developed and tested with filter brewing in mind, not adapted from an espresso recipe as an afterthought.

Everything is roasted in small batches in Warsaw, packed fresh, and chosen because it has something worth tasting. Good filter coffee doesn't need tricks — it just needs to be sourced well, roasted carefully, and brewed with a little attention.
