The Trigger Roastery online store, operating at: https://triggerroastery.com, is run by: Trigger sp. z o.o., ul. Krakowiaków 53/9, 02-255 Warsaw, registered in the National Court Register (KRS) under number 0001007789, VAT number: 5213996865, REGON: 523925919.
These Terms and Conditions define the rules for making purchases in the online store, the rules for concluding distance contracts, the rights and obligations of the parties, the complaints procedure, and the rules for withdrawal from a contract.
The information presented in the Store does not constitute an offer within the meaning of Art. 66 of the Civil Code, but merely an invitation to conclude a contract (Art. 71 of the Civil Code).
Placing an order requires acceptance of the Terms and Conditions and the Privacy Policy by ticking the appropriate checkbox.
The Terms and Conditions are available free of charge in a form that allows them to be downloaded, saved and printed.
To use the online store, the following are required:
an active internet connection,
a web browser with JavaScript and cookies support,
an active e-mail address.

Data is processed for the purpose of:
order fulfilment (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR),
compliance with legal obligations (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR),
marketing of own products (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR),
based on consent given (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).

An order is placed by adding a product to the cart, completing the order form and confirming it.
After placing an order, the Customer receives a confirmation e-mail.
The sales contract is concluded at the moment the Customer receives confirmation that the order has been accepted for processing.
Order processing time is up to 3 business days from the moment payment is credited (unless the product description states otherwise).
Available payment methods: bank transfer, payment card, Stripe (WooPayments), Przelewy24.
Delivery is carried out via InPost courier and to InPost parcel lockers.
The cost and method of delivery are presented before placing the order.
For international shipments, separate terms may apply and will be provided individually.
The TRIGGER coffee subscription is a service consisting of the cyclical delivery of coffee products in a package selected by the Customer.

The subscription is concluded for an indefinite period, with automatic recurring payments made monthly on the day corresponding to the date of the first payment.
Recurring payment processing is handled by:
Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd. (via the WooPayments service),
Przelewy24 – PayPro S.A., ul. Pastelowa 8, 60-198 Poznań, KRS 0000347935.
Customers' payment card data is not stored by the Seller, but by the indicated operators, in accordance with PCI DSS security requirements.
The Customer may at any time pause, modify or cancel the subscription via the customer panel or by contacting the Seller at: shop@triggerroastery.com.
Changes to the subscription (e.g. pausing, changing the package, cancellation) made after the 25th day of the month take effect from the next billing cycle.
Subscription shipments are dispatched in the first days of each month. Orders placed after the 25th day of the month are processed from the next cycle.
If payment cannot be collected (e.g. insufficient funds, transaction declined), further collection attempts will be made. If payment is not completed, the subscription is suspended until the outstanding amount is settled.
The Customer has the right to withdraw from the subscription agreement within 14 days of its conclusion, unless the first parcel was dispatched before the expiry of that period – in which case the right of withdrawal does not apply (Art. 38 of the Consumer Rights Act).
A Customer who is a Consumer or an Entrepreneur with Consumer rights has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 calendar days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal form constitutes an appendix to these Terms and Conditions.
The right of withdrawal does not apply in the cases specified in Art. 38 of the Consumer Rights Act, in particular:
where the product was supplied in sealed packaging and, after opening, cannot be returned for reasons of health protection or hygiene (e.g. food-grade coffee).

Refunds are made using the same payment method as used by the Consumer.
The Consumer bears the direct costs of returning the goods, unless the Store has expressly stated that it will bear those costs or has agreed to cover them.

The complaint notification should include:
contact details,
description of the defect,
order number and the requested remedy (e.g. repair, replacement, refund).
The Store processes complaints within 14 days of receipt.
The seller's liability is based on statutory warranty in accordance with the provisions of the Civil Code.
The Store enables:
browsing the offer,
placing an order,
creating a user account,
signing up for the newsletter.
The Customer has the right to terminate the agreement for the provision of electronic services at any time without giving a reason.
Termination may be effected by e-mail or via the user account.
The Consumer may make use of:
mediation or an arbitration court at the Regional Trade Inspection Inspector,
the assistance of a Consumer Ombudsman,
the ODR platform: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr
In matters not regulated herein, the following provisions apply:
the Civil Code,
the Consumer Rights Act,
the Act on the provision of electronic services,
the GDPR.
The invalidity of any provision of the Terms and Conditions does not affect its remaining provisions.
The current version of the Terms and Conditions is effective from the date of publication on the Store's website.
