Banger Brew – MELON is a blend built on coffees from Indonesia and Ethiopia, combining wet hulled, co-fermented, and natural processes, roasted for filter. A juicy and refreshing batch brew coffee focused on a clear melon character. Sweet, smooth and easy to read – one of the most drinkable profiles in this series.

Banger Brew Melon is a light, juicy and very approachable blend built around a clear melon character.
The co-fermentation does exactly what it should – it adds sweetness and fruit without overcomplicating the cup.
The Ethiopian natural brings body and warmth, while the Indonesian base keeps it smooth and easy. It's refreshing, clean and very drinkable – a great everyday batch brew.
Works best in batch brew, where the melon sweetness and clean profile really shine. Use a medium grind and water around 90-92°C to keep the cup light, juicy and refreshing without any bitterness.
In v60 or chemex, it stays clean and a bit brighter, with the melon character coming through more clearly. A slightly coarser grind helps keep the balance.
As it cools, the sweetness becomes more pronounced and the cup takes on an almost iced tea quality – light, smooth and very easy to drink. Perfect for warm days and high-volume serving.
