The Ethiopia and Colombia combo brings a bright, fruit-forward profile with soft floral notes and clean sweetness.
The cup is light, vibrant and very drinkable, with a smooth structure that keeps everything balanced. It’s a coffee that feels effortless, energetic and clean from start to finish.
Works best as a filter coffee, especially in batch brew when you want something light, juicy and refreshing. Use v60, chemex or drip, grind medium and brew with water around 92-94°C to keep clarity and sweetness.
In aeropress, it becomes slightly fuller and sweeter, while still keeping its floral and juicy character. A good option if you want a bit more body.
You can also brew it over ice or as iced filter to highlight its brightness and crisp acidity. Great for warm days or whenever you want something fresh and easy to drink.
