Dried and ripe fruits bring a rich, wine-like character, supported by chocolate and cocoa that keep the cup grounded and smooth. It’s bold and expressive, but still structured and clean, not pushed too far into fermentation.
A coffee with a bit of edge, but still easy to enjoy.
Works best as a filter coffee, especially in batch brew when you want something more intense and fruit-driven. Use v60, chemex or drip, grind medium and brew with water around 92-94°C to keep the balance between fruit and structure.
In aeropress, it becomes more compact and deeper, with stronger sweetness and a more concentrated body. Still expressive, just more dense.
As it cools, the winey notes and sweetness become more pronounced, making the cup richer and more layered. Great if you’re looking for something a bit more bold, but still clean and controlled.
