Sugarcane decaffeination keeps the cup smooth, soft and easy, with a gentle sweetness and familiar coffee character. It’s not trying to be loud or complex, just clean, balanced and reliable.
A coffee that fits any moment when you want the taste, but not the caffeine.
Works best as espresso when you’re looking for something smooth, simple and easy to drink at any time of day. Grind fine and aim for a 25-30 second extraction to keep the cup balanced and sweet.
With milk, it becomes classic and comforting, going into a soft, chocolatey direction. Great for cappuccino and flat white, especially in the evening or when you want to skip caffeine.
You can also brew it in aeropress or french press for a slightly fuller and rounder cup. In v60 or other pour-over methods it stays clean and light, but espresso is where it feels the most complete.
