[ORIGIN] COLOMBIA
[FARM] LA ESPERANZA
[VARIETY] GESHA
[PROCESS] WASHED
[ROAST LEVEL] FILTER
[PROFILE] JASMINE, PEACH, CARAMEL
Coffee roasted a maximum of 14 days ago.
This is one of the most limited coffees we’ve ever released.
Sourced from Armando Fernández and his farm La Esperanza in Cauca, this lot comes from the Auction for Peace 2025 selection, where only a small number of coffees are made available globally. We secured just 20 kg of this specific lot.
Geisha is not just a variety, it’s a benchmark. Known for its clarity, structure, and distinctive floral profile, it remains one of the most demanding coffees to grow and one of the most precise to process.
At La Esperanza, everything is done with intention. From selective hand-picking by trained workers, through controlled fermentation and slow drying, to careful storage, each step is focused on preserving clarity and balance in the cup. This is not experimental processing – it’s precision and consistency at a very high level.
Why this coffee is different
This is not a daily coffee. It’s a limited lot, sourced through an international auction, with full traceability and a very small volume available.
It represents a specific moment – a single harvest, a single producer, a single lot. Once it’s gone, it’s gone.
Why you’ll love it
If you’re looking for clarity, elegance, and a more tea-like expression of coffee, this is exactly that. Light, precise, and highly structured, without any heaviness.
Made by TRIGGER
This release is part of our limited selection – coffees we source in very small quantities, based on quality, traceability, and character.
Roasted in Warsaw with a focus on preserving the original profile of the coffee, without adding anything on top.
In the cup, it’s refined and structured.
Jasmine leads, followed by a white tea-like texture, light citrus brightness, and a silky finish.
Everything is clean, layered, and very controlled.
Best brewed as a classic filter coffee, with a focus on clarity.
Use V60 or similar pour-over methods, medium grind, water at 92–94°C.
Keep your recipe simple and controlled - this coffee doesn’t need pushing.
