A clean and juicy Colombian natural coffee that reflects a modern approach to processing and quality. Peñas Blancas is a project led by Nestor Lasso, a young producer from the Huila region who has been steadily building his position in the specialty coffee world.

Although he represents the third generation of a coffee-growing family, Nestor chose a different path, moving away from conventional production and focusing on quality, careful selection, and experimental processing. Peñas Blancas is not only a farm, but also a processing center in Acevedo, supporting local farmers in achieving consistent, high-quality results.

In the cup, the coffee is bright, fruit-forward, and very clean. The natural process highlights notes of pineapple and red currant, balanced by juicy melon and a soft vanilla sweetness on the finish.

How to brew

Best brewed as a classic filter coffee.
Use V60, Chemex, or batch brew with a medium grind and water at around 93°C. The coffee maintains sweetness and clarity even as it cools.
