This is a coffee built on a classic, deep character, cocoa, dessert chocolate and roasted nuts create a full, dense cup.
It’s intense, yet smooth and well-structured, without unnecessary bitterness. An espresso that delivers real satisfaction from the first sip, simple, bold and very reliable in its profile.
Works best as espresso, when you want something classic, deep and straightforward. Grind fine and aim for a 25-30 second extraction to bring out the full chocolate and nut character.
It also performs great with milk, going into a rich, chocolate-nut dessert direction, thick and comforting. Perfect for cappuccino and flat white.
If you use alternative methods, try aeropress or french press for a softer, sweeter cup. In pour-over methods like v60 or chemex it will be lighter and less intense, which is why it shows its full potential as espresso.
