Milk chocolate and brown sugar bring smooth, familiar sweetness, while nuts add depth and a soft, rounded body. The cup is clean, stable and easy to enjoy, with nothing pushing too far in any direction.
A classic profile that just works, every time.
Works best as a filter coffee, especially in batch brew when you want something consistent, sweet and easy to drink. Use v60, chemex or drip, grind medium and brew with water around 92-94°C to keep the balance and clarity.
In aeropress, it becomes slightly fuller and more compact, with a bit more body and a deeper chocolate sweetness. Still smooth, just more concentrated.
With milk, it turns creamy and dessert-like, highlighting chocolate and nut notes. Great with plant-based milk like oat, making it an easy, everyday go-to cup.
